Common questions
The assistant says I need to sign in again
Your sign-in expired or was removed. Open the connector in ChatGPT or Claude settings and select Connect, then sign in with the same account you use in the app.
A change didn’t appear in the app
Open the app or pull it to the front. It syncs when it opens and after every change. Make sure the app is signed in with the same account.
The assistant says a task changed
The task was edited on your phone after the assistant read it. Ask the assistant to read your tasks again and repeat the change. It never overwrites a newer edit silently.
How do I disconnect?
In ChatGPT: Settings › Apps. In Claude: Settings › Connectors. Your tasks stay in the app.
How do I delete my data?
In the app: Settings › Delete all data. This removes your account and everything synced.
