ADHD Planner

Terms of Use (EULA)

Last updated 31 October 2026. These terms cover the ADHD Planner iPhone app by Steadyline ("the app").

1. Licence (EULA)

The app is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These terms add to it. If they conflict, Apple's Standard EULA applies to the licence itself. Apple has no responsibility for the app or its content, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the Standard EULA.

2. Not medical advice

ADHD Planner is a planning and self-tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. Medication reminders are reminders you set; always follow your clinician's instructions. Doctor reports show only what you entered. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

3. Your account and data

You can use the app without an account. With an account, your data syncs as described in our Privacy policy. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure. You can delete your account and all synced data at any time in the app (Settings › Delete all my data).

4. Subscriptions

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app or its services: no attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer them, and no use that breaks the law.

6. Plan by talking

Plan by talking turns what you say or type into tasks using an AI provider. Check the tasks it suggests before you add them; it can make mistakes.

7. Changes and availability

We may update the app and these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or on this page. We aim to keep the app available but cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is" and Steadyline is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for missed tasks, reminders or doses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
